The Team
Our firm is the Law Office of Diana Pearson, with Diana as the licensed attorney litigating every suit. Managing the office and collections is Allison Shunney, who brings to the team advanced degrees in business and management and years of office management in medical and legal offices. Additional team members add their skills to asset location, file management and payment tracking and compliance.

We are small enough to personally answer your concerns and questions, and large enough to move volumes of collection accounts quickly and efficiently. With years of experience in collecting debts in the State of Rhode Island we know the law, and how to go about getting your debtors to pay.
